At ZincCart, we curate and promote the best products from top-rated Indian suppliers and marketplaces. Please note that ZincCart does not directly ship, handle, or deliver any physical products.
1. Who Ships Your Order?
When you click a link on our site and complete a purchase, your order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the third-party seller or brand partner. Each seller has their own shipping carrier (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or Ecom Express).
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Shipping times vary depending on the specific seller and your location in India. Generally:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined by the third-party seller.

Many of our partners offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹500).

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment on the partner's site.
4. Order Tracking
Once your purchase is complete, the seller will send a tracking link to your registered email or mobile number via SMS.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Since the shipping contract is between you and the third-party seller, ZincCart is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. * Action Step: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact the seller’s support team within 48 hours to claim a replacement or refund under their policy.
6. Change of Address
Any requests to change the delivery address must be made directly to the seller before the item is dispatched.
