Important Notice: ZincCart is a promotional platform. We curate and promote products from various third-party suppliers and manufacturers. We do not manufacture, store, or ship the products listed on our site.

1. 7-Day Return Window
Most of our partner suppliers offer a 7-day return policy. This means you generally have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we recommend checking the specific return window on the final checkout page before purchasing.
2. How to Process a Return
Because we do not handle the physical stock, returns cannot be sent to us. * Contact the Seller: To start a return, you must contact the original supplier or manufacturer listed on your order confirmation email.

3. Eligibility & Condition
For a return to be accepted by the supplier, the item must typically be:

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Under Indian Consumer Protection guidelines, reporting these issues within 48 hours of delivery is highly recommended to ensure the supplier "makes it right."
5. Non-Returnable Items
